Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern the sessions, classes, and recordings offered by Hermes Consultancy ("we", "us"), the practice of Tara Beckerley. By booking a session, class, or recording, you agree to these terms.

Services

Tara Beckerley offers psychotherapy, intuitive counselling, hypnotherapy, tarot readings, meditation and related services. Sessions are guidance-oriented and complementary in nature. They are not a substitute for medical, psychiatric, or legal advice. If you are experiencing a medical or mental health emergency, please contact a qualified professional or emergency services.

Booking and Payment

First-time appointments are payable in advance. Sessions may be paid for by PayPal or Zelle. Individual sessions are charged per hour on a sliding scale; couple sessions are on a separate sliding scale. Current fees are listed on the Booking & Fees page.

Cancellations

A 24-hour cancellation policy applies. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please give at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations with less than 24 hours' notice may be charged the full session fee.

Recordings and Classes

Recordings of tarot classes are available for purchase individually or as a series. Once a recording is delivered to you, refunds are not available. Class recordings are for your personal use only and must not be redistributed, resold, or shared publicly.

Confidentiality

All sessions are confidential. Tara Beckerley will not disclose what is discussed in a session, except where she is legally required to do so or where there is a risk of serious harm.

Limitation of Liability

Services are provided in good faith. Tara Beckerley and Hermes Consultancy are not liable for any decisions you make based on the guidance given during a session, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of the services.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page.
